Dick Fellows is jilted by his sweetheart and is left with a beautifully furnished little apartment. He locks up the flat and moves to a hotel. Months pass and a mysterious girl in the hotel interests him. She is alone and evidently has some great sorrow. Discovering that she is unable to pay her bill, Dick is more interested than ever.
